My name is Chris Eliot and I run my private practice as an Integrative psychotherapist, counsellor and supervisor from my base in Alton, North Hampshire.
My work as an integrative psychotherapist is underpinned by 30 years experience of working in the NHS and private sector with adults including individuals and couples.
I specialise in trauma, grief, and loss and I also have a particular interest and expertise in working with women's health specifically related to pregnancy, fertility, and IVF treatment.

Working With Me
I offer 'time-limited' and 'open-ended' longer term therapy dependent on needs. I am committed to providing a thoughtful, safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment in which our work can evolve.
Therapy is a very personal experience. I view effective therapy as a process of collaboration between client and therapist. When successful, I believe it has the capacity to transform lives in relation to insight, healing, and growth.
As an integrative practitioner I utilise EMDR therapy ( Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) when working with client's trauma experiences.

Supervision
I also offer clinical supervision to health care professionals, counsellors, psychotherapists and trainees. I provide face to face and online clinical supervision.
Fees and Availability
My fees are £65.00 for individuals and £70.00 for couples.
Payments would be made by bank transfer.
I require 48 hours' notice for cancellations, if not then full charges would be due.

- Diploma in Casework Supervision, Cascade Training Associates
- Diploma in Humanistic Counselling, Berkshire College
- EMDR Therapist from EMDR WORKS
- Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate, Chiron Centre for Body Psychotherapy
- Solution Focused Counselling Certificate
- UKCP Registered Psychotherapist (United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy).
- BACP Senior Accredited Psychotherapist/ Counsellor (British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapist).
- Member of the EMDR Association
- Member of Metanoia Institute.

I offer face to face counselling sessions at Butts Road, Alton, Hampshire GU34 1RB. For full location details please get in touch. I see clients from Alton, along with the surrounding areas of Farnham, Camberley, Basingstoke, Arlesford, Odiham and the greater Hampshire area. There is parking access available.
I also offer online counselling and psychotherapy sessions via a secure platform.
